Returns:
- You have 7 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
- If item is damaged please email photographs to hello@bajames.co.uk stating order number.
- Products must be returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please note that we currently only offer exchanges for UK orders. For international orders, you will need to return your item(s) for a refund, and then reorder via our website.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You will be contacted regarding your exchange order if extra payment is needed, if you are due a refund, or if for any reason it cannot be fulfilled. Exchange postage is free of charge.
Unless your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Your parcel is your responsibility until we receive it. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
